Trained or Certified Gardener We are now looking for an experienced maintenance worker in outdoor environments to strengthen our team in Västerås. We are looking for someone who is a trained/certified gardener and holds a TCYK certificate or equivalent. You will have the opportunity to take a lot of responsibility in the role while being part of a wonderful team and having a supervisory responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone who holds a TCYK certificate or equivalent and has documented experience in leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges according to applicable maintenance plans and seasons

• Trimming and mowing with handheld and ride-on machines

• Daily maintenance and care of green areas such as lawns, plantings, flower beds, hedges, and bushes

• Care of seasonal plantings including planting, fertilizing, and weeding

• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and good accessibility in outdoor environments

• Operating and handling garden machinery such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers

Your Qualifications

• Accustomed to working physically and with physically demanding tasks

• You have vocational training in gardening or are a certified gardener

• Documented leadership experience

• A driving license (B) is required

• Good ability to read, understand, and speak Swedish

• Experience in operating machinery is an advantage
